Last updated: June 14, 2026KilCard ("we," "our," or "us") provides a golf scorecard and statistics app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.## Information We CollectAccount information. When you create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create and secure your account. If you use Guest mode, no account is created and your data stays on your device.Golf data you provide. Scores, rounds, course details, statistics, handicap information, practice notes, and any custom courses you create.Profile information. An optional display name, bio, and profile photo you choose to add.Subscription information. If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive your subscription status but not your payment card details.## How We Use Your Information- To provide and maintain the App, including your scorecards, statistics, and handicap.
- To sync your data across your devices (including Apple Watch) and to your home-screen and lock-screen widgets.
- To generate AI-powered insights about your game when you request them. When you use an AI feature, your aggregated golf statistics are sent to our processing service to produce the insight.
- To power the Coach chat and swing analysis features. When you ask the Coach a question, your message is sent to our AI processing service. When you use swing analysis (a Pro feature), still images (frames) extracted on your device from the golf swing video you upload are sent to our AI processing service to generate feedback. We do not upload or store the original video file on our servers.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.## How Your Information Is Stored and SharedWe use the following service providers to operate the App:- Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) — securely stores your account and golf data in the cloud.
- Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In — used to authenticate you.
- Our AI processing service (Anthropic) — when you request an AI summary, insight, Coach answer, or swing analysis, the relevant data — your aggregated golf statistics, your chat messages, or still frames extracted from a swing video you upload — is sent over a secure connection to generate the response. Anthropic's usage policies apply to these interactions.
- Apple — processes subscription purchases.We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.## Data Retention and DeletionYour data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and its associated data. You may also contact us to request deletion.## Your Choices- Use Guest mode to keep your data on your device only.
- Edit or remove your profile information and saved courses at any time.
- Delete your account and data from within the App.## SecurityWe use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and the security features of Google Firebase, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.## Children's PrivacyThe App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.## International UsersYour information may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.## Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Terms of ServiceAcceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using KilCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. KilCard reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.Use of the App
KilCard is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track your golf rounds and statistics. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.KilCard Pro Subscription
KilCard offers an optional Pro subscription, available as a monthly plan ($6.99/month) or an annual plan ($59.99/year), billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.Free Features
Free accounts include round tracking, statistics, history, AI Summary on completed rounds, and 10 Coach questions per day. KilCard Pro unlocks unlimited Coach questions. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.User Content
You retain ownership of any rounds, scores, or data you enter into KilCard. By using the app, you grant KilCard a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse KilCard, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the app, submitting false or malicious content, abusing AI features, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.Disclaimer
KilCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of statistics or AI-generated advice. Golf performance results vary — KilCard is a tracking and coaching tool, not a substitute for professional instruction.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KilCard and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content.Governing Law
KilCard is available to users throughout the United States. Regardless of your state of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KilCard regarding your use of the app, and supersede any prior agreements between you and KilCard relating to the app.Contact
